2025 Registration: Sponsors & Vendors

The Continuing Care Association of Nova Scotia invites your organization to apply to become a sponsor and/or vendor for our annual conference and AGM at the Inverary Resort in Cape Breton from June 4 – 6, 2025.

The conference offers a unique opportunity to connect with leaders in continuing care while enjoying the beauty of the Bras d’Or Lakes and the world-famous Cabot Trail.

SPACE IS LIMITED
We have limited space available for sponsors and vendors. While applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, we aim to ensure a diverse range of products and services are represented at the event for our attendees. Many applications will be approved as they are received, so we encourage you to apply early.

  • Application Deadline: March 31, 2025
  • Note: Spaces may fill before the deadline, so early applications are encouraged!

    EVENT DETAILS

    • Trade Show Set-Up: Wednesday, June 4, at 3 p.m. (AST)
    • Trade Show Hours: Wednesday, June 4, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

    BOOTH TEARDOWN:

    • Non-sponsor vendors and Bronze sponsors will dismantle their booths after the trade show ends on June 4.
    • Gold and Silver sponsors may keep their booths set up for the duration of the conference.
    • Sponsor booths will be in the same room as the conference presentations on June 5 and 6.
      LEVEL AMOUNT INCLUDED
      VENDOR $500
      • Vendor table for Trade Show (June 4).
      BRONZE $1,000
      • Vendor table for Trade Show (June 4).
      • Conference fee for 1 representative.
      • Logo placement in conference materials and promotions.
      SILVER $2,500
      • Vendor table for Trade Show (June 4).
      • Option to keep table set up during presentations on June 5 and 6 *.
      • Conference fee for 2 representatives.
      • Logo placement on banners and programs.
      • 5-minute speaking opportunity to address the participants on June 5 or 6 (time to be determined by organizers).
      GOLD  $5,000
      • Vendor table for Trade Show (June 4).
      • Option to keep table set up during presentations on June 5 and 6 *.
      • Conference fee for 3 representatives.
      • Logo placement on banners and programs.
      • 10-minute speaking opportunity to address the participants on June 5 or 6 (time to be determined by organizers).

       

      NOTE: *Gold and Silver sponsors may need to tear down booths after Thursday sessions to accommodate the banquet dinner, but they may set back up again on Friday. We will confirm this closer to the date.

      CONFERENCE FEE DETAILS

      The conference fee ($289 value) includes:

      • Meals and nutrition breaks
      • Banquet dinner and entertainment
      • Presentations and activities
