The Continuing Care Association of Nova Scotia invites your organization to apply to become a sponsor for our annual conference and AGM at the Old Orchard Inn in Wolfville from June 3–5, 2026.

Overlooking the picturesque Minas Basin and surrounded by rolling farmland and orchards, the Old Orchard Inn offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and natural beauty.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

This event provides an excellent platform to:

  • Showcase your company’s services to a targeted audience.
  • Expand your network within Nova Scotia’s continuing care sector.
  • Gain valuable visibility for your brand.

This year brings exciting updates to our sponsor opportunities. Our new venue allows us to host all partners together in one central, high-traffic space. Because of this layout, the vendor-only option is not available for 2026.

All sponsor booths will be located in the main dining and break area ensuring continuous visibility and engagement throughout the event on June 4 and 5. In addition to this ongoing exposure, a dedicated Trade Show period on Thursday, June 4 (time to be announced) will give attendees focused time to visit your displays.

    GOLD SPONSORSHIPS ARE LIMITED

    We have only two spaces available for gold sponsors. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
    • Note: Spaces may fill before the deadline, so early applications are encouraged!

      EVENT DETAILS

      • Trade Show Set-Up: Either late afternoon of Wednesday, June 3 or early Thursday, June 4 (exact times TBD)
      • Trade Show Hours: Thursday, June 4 (exact time TBD)

      BOOTH TEARDOWN:

      • All booths must be torn down by 11 AM on June 5, 2026.
        LEVEL AMOUNT INCLUDED
        BRONZE $1,000
        • Vendor table set up in the main dining area for the full conference, plus participation in the dedicated Trade Show period on June 4.
        • Conference fee for 1 representative.
        • Logo placement in conference materials and online promotions.
        SILVER $2,500
        • 5-minute speaking opportunity to address the participants on June 4 or 5 (time to be determined by organizers).
        • Vendor table set up in the main dining area for the full conference, plus participation in the dedicated Trade Show period on June 4.
        • Conference fee for 2 representatives.
        • Logo placement in conference materials, online promotions, and conference banner.
        GOLD  $5,000
        • 10-minute speaking opportunity to address the participants on June 3 or 4 (time to be determined by organizers).
        • Vendor table set up in the main dining area for the full conference, plus participation in the dedicated Trade Show period on June 4.
        • Option to have your primary presence (or an additional display / banner) in the presentation space for enhanced visibility.
        • Conference fee for 3 representatives.
        • Logo placement in conference materials, online promotions, and conference banner.

         

        NOTE: *The vendor-only option is not available for 2026.

        The conference fee ($349 value for non-members) includes:

        • Meals and nutrition breaks
        • Banquet dinner and entertainment
