The Continuing Care Association of Nova Scotia invites vendors to participate in a Mini Trade Show at our annual Archie MacKeigan Educational Day at Future Inns Halifax Hotel & Conference Centre on Thursday, October 16, 2025. This one-day event will host up to 80 attendees, primarily front-line continuing care workers, along with some management staff.
Vendor application is now closed for the event on Thursday, October 16th.
As a vendor, you’ll be able to set up your table any time after 8:00 am (AST) on Thursday and engage with attendees during the times below (please note: exact times TBD based on the presenters’ final schedules):
- Morning Break from 10:30 to 10:50
- Lunch and Trade Show from 12:00 to 1:30
Tear-down should be completed by 3 pm.
Application Information
- The cost to set up a table is $500.00
- Vendors are assigned one table in a room across the hall from the presentation and lunch area. Each organization can have up to two representatives at their table.
The fee only includes lunch for one representative. If you are bringing a second representative, you can opt in below to add a second lunch at a rate of $25. - Our printed and social media materials for the event will include your company logo listed as a vendor.
- We have a very limited number of tables. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis; however, we strive to ensure a diverse range of products and services are represented at the event for the benefit of both our attendees and vendors. As a result, certain product or service categories may reach capacity before the overall show does, so we strongly encourage you to apply early. Submitting an application form does not guarantee that you will receive a table in the Trade Show. Confirmation of this will come with your invoice.
